Issuing comments is very important because they are a very important element building trust to sellers. On
their basis we know if a specific seller is trusted or not. Also the
seller issuing a positive comment to the buyer can encourage him in such
a way to next purchase. That is why every time you buy or sell anything
on eBay you will have to issue a comment concerning the transaction
carried out.
Anyone who’s got the account on eBay has got his opinions bookmark on which there are displayed opinions and comments
issued by other service users. Next to user’s name there is displayed
in brackets a number of opinions and under it percentage of positive
opinions.
The buyer can issue a positive, negative or neutral opinion and a comment.
Instead the seller can issue a positive grade and a comment. On the
basis of issued grades there are defined opinions results. The positive
grade causes adding 1 point on the user opinions bookmark and the
negative grade subtracting 1 point. The neutral grade is 0 points so
nothing changes on the opinions bookmark.
If you buy many
products from one seller, you’ve got to issue the grade for each
transaction separately. If all products were bought in the same week,
seller opinions result will be increased or decreased by one point.
Issued comments should be thought over, based on facts and most of all fair. Opinions can be issued only by registered users.
If you want to issue a negative or neutral opinion to Super Seller you’ve got to wait at least 7 days. If your account is suspended, all negative and neutral opinions issued by you will be deleted.
Remember! Before
you buy any product firstly check seller comments and opinions. Thanks
to that you can learn many things about him among other things if it is a
trusted person and if he fulfills obligations concerning transactions,
what opinions other users have on him. Checking and reading seller
comments is a basis of safe purchase.
